Saxton is licensed in 41 states. Each state, license type, and license number is listed on our licensing page. Some programs carry state restrictions, and a licensed loan officer will confirm what is available where you are buying.

FHA purchase, rate and term refinance, cash out, and simple refinance are all available starting at a 500 credit score. Cash out is not available in Texas. FHA county loan limits apply.

Borrowers without a credit score can be reviewed using non-traditional credit, such as rent and utility payment history. The file is underwritten manually rather than by the automated system.

Yes. Not every route requires tax returns. Several options qualify you from deposits, a prepared profit and loss statement, or documented assets instead. Generally at least two years of self-employment history is expected on the alternative documentation routes.
